What if the item was a gift?

  • Gift purchases are not eligible for a refund and can only be returned for store credit. You will have to provide us with the email address of the original purchaser(s) and include a packing slip or gift receipt with your return. 

Can I exchange my products?

  • Due to the nature of our items, we handle exchanges as a return but issue you store credit instead of a refund.. Instead of us waiting to receive your items and then sending you new product, when we receive your items you're wishing to exchange. This allows for you to purchase the items you need that best suits your family at the time of the exchange. You can even hold on to your store credit for when baby is a little bigger and graduates to some of our toddler products. 

Why was my refund/store credit less than the actual cost of the product?

  • The amount refunded or put onto store credit is dependent on the price you paid for the items. If you used a discount code during your purchase, you will receive back the cost of the items, less the discount used. 

Can I return my items purchased on Amazon or with another Retailer?

  • Our return policy is valid for items purchased from www.masonbottle.com only. If you purchased your items on Amazon or with an in-store retailer and would like to return them, you would need to contact their customer service department. Please note, Amazon and each individual retailer has their own return policies.

Why is my return showing delivered, but I haven't received my refund?

  • Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
