Returns

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your Mason Bottle products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Mason Bottle order, you can return your order within 120 days of purchase date for a full product-refund, shipping charges and Route protection will not be refunded. If you wish to return your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We cannot accept returns for any orders that are past 120 days of purchase.

Return Process

To return your items, please email [email protected] to start the return process. 

Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we cannot issue a refund for lost returns.

Refunds

After receiving your return, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

If your item was a gift, your refund will be issued to you via Store Credit. You will receive an email with the information on how to use your Store Credit towards your next purchase.

Exceptions

**Items marked as final sale,  items received as part of a free gift promotion, or individual components of items sold as a set (ex: just the sleeves from the Essential Gift Set, just the nipples from the Healthy Baby Starter Set, etc) cannot be returned.
